Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of pristine.com.ph and purchases from PRISTINE Leather Care, operated by Purse Maison Corporation in the Philippines. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Online store

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the commerce platform, but purchases are made directly from PRISTINE Leather Care. You must provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and delivery information.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website in a way that harms PRISTINE, Shopify, other customers, or third parties.

2. Product information

We try to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and care instructions accurate. Screen settings and photography may affect how colors and finishes appear. We may correct genuine errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products, subject to applicable law.

3. Leather-care products

Leather varies by type, finish, age, condition, previous treatments, and manufacturer. Always read the product page and label, patch-test in a hidden area, use only the recommended amount, and stop if an adverse change appears.

Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, PRISTINE products are for selected finished smooth or grained leather only and should not be used on suede, nubuck, Barenia, Vachetta, untreated or exotic leather, coated canvas, cracked leather, mould-affected leather, or ink-stained leather. PRISTINE products are for routine care and are not a substitute for professional restoration, stain removal, mould remediation, or repair.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions, use on an excluded or unsuitable material, failure to patch-test, over-application, mixing with other products, or improper storage. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it after payment authorization and product-availability checks. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, delivery restriction, or other lawful reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown at checkout or described in the Shipping Policy. Promotions may have separate terms.

5. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Fulfillment and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The PRISTINE name, logos, product presentation, website text, photographs, graphics, and other store content belong to PRISTINE Leather Care, Purse Maison Corporation, or their licensors. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit store content without written permission or a lawful exception.

7. Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and external websites. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process data as described there.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The website and products are provided subject to all warranties and consumer protections required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the competent Philippine court or authority, without limiting any venue or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the store, products, services, or applicable law. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already earned under an accepted order.
